A large all-purpose fishing bag made from triple layered waterproof canvas with bridle-leather trim and brass fittings. The bag comprises a large centre compartment with zip top and two pleated front pockets with zip closure. A flat pocket runs across the full width of the outside back panel and fastens with a press stud. The leather edged flap fastens with leather straps and brass studs and will fold easily into the back pocket while fishing. The bag is carried on a wide adjustable webbing shoulder strap which is secured to the bag with wide leather reinforcements. On the reverse there is also a detachable webbing waist strap and a net ring is fixed to the side of the bag. This bag was designed by Brady in 1951- the first Brady style to incorporate Lightning zips. It is still produced in England to Brady's exacting standards of quality and materials.
